The IPD Billing is responsible for managing inpatient billing processes along with coordination of TPA/insurance cases, ensuring accurate documentation, timely claim processing, and smooth patient discharge.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete IPD billing process from admission to discharge
- Manage TPA/insurance approvals, enhancements, and final settlements
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for claim processing
- Collect and verify all required documents during patient admission
- Maintain accurate patient data and billing records
- Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure proper documentation for cashless and reimbursement cases
- Handle ESIC documentation and billing requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth billing operations
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and billing procedures
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts
Requirements
- Candidates residing nearby will be preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of TPA/insurance processes is mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital billing software
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital IPD billing and TPA handling
Qualification
- HSC / Any Bachelor’s Degree
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
