We are looking for an energetic and organized Creative Spaces & Operations Coordinator to join Team Go Reccie. In this role, you will be the backbone of our physical studio spaces and our growing location platform. You will handle daily studio management, assist with production tasks, and go out into the field to scout and onboard beautiful new properties onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Location Sourcing & Onboarding (Field Work)
- Visit potential properties (houses, cafes, resorts) to inspect their suitability for shoots.
- Take professional pictures/videos of the spaces and gather all necessary details (timings, crew capacity, rules).
- Meet property owners, explain Go Reccie's services, and help them comfortably onboard onto our platform.
2. Studio Management
- Manage the daily operations, cleanliness, and maintenance of our managed studio/office spaces.
- Coordinate bookings, welcome creative crews on shoot days, and ensure they follow studio guidelines.
- Ensure all equipment, lighting, and facilities are in working order before and after shoots.
3. Production Assistance
- Help the core team with on-ground coordination during video shoots and cinematography projects.
- Act as the Go Reccie point of contact on-site to handle client requirements and manage host coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Great communication skills: Ability to speak clearly and confidently with property owners, business managers, and production crews.
- Basic photography skills: Comfortable taking clean, well-lit smartphone photos and videos of properties.
- Highly organized & responsible: Able to manage studio schedules, handle client emergencies on shoot days, and work independently in the field.
Prior experience: Experience in production, hospitality, real estate sourcing, or event management is a big plus, but a proactive attitude matters most!
This is a full-time, in-office role in Bangalore.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
