About Us
NRAI & Robotics is a bootstrapped AI startup on a focused mission — building intelligent, agentic AI solutions for India's construction and manufacturing industries. We are part of the NR Group, a diversified business house with three active verticals:
- NR Realty — Construction & Real Estate
- Spaceki — Manufacturing
- Kenshu — Luxury Interiors
With a capital infusion of ₹5 Crore and in-house clients across the NR Group ecosystem, we are operating on an 18–24 month product development roadmap, followed by a 12-month domestic and international scale-up plan. We move fast, learn faster, and build for impact.
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Marketing Intern who wants to be more than just a spectator — someone ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to both business strategy and on-ground marketing execution.
What You Will Do
Business Strategy
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and identify market positioning opportunities
- Perform product functionality gap analysis against market needs
- Build and validate market opportunity models
- Develop GTM (Go-To-Market) and channel sales strategies
- Create a phased sales plan across 3 – 6 – 9 – 12 month milestones
- Define and recommend product pricing strategies
Marketing & Sales
- Drive digital evangelism through consistent, high-quality content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Participate in client meetings and actively follow up on live opportunities
- Classify and manage opportunities using a Hot – Moderate – Cold framework
- Maintain a structured outreach and networking database for reporting and tracking

Who We Are Looking For
- Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by a fast-moving startup environment
- A genuine interest in AI, technology, and its real-world applications
- Self-starter with an ownership mindset
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
