Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with a proven track record in IT service sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience generating international business opportunities through bidding platforms and professional networking channels, along with excellent client communication and deal-closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in web and mobile application development.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and project documentation.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close international deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project scope and timelines.
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
- Mandatory experience in selling Mobile & Web Application Development services.
- Strong experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling international clients independently.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of technologies such as:
- MERN Stack
- MEAN Stack
- React.js
- Node.js
- Flutter
- React Native
- .NET / .NET Core
- PHP / Laravel
- CMS Platforms (WordPress, Shopify)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
