[Finance] Remote India Customer Service Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry/Junior-level Overseas Customer Service Officer to support India-based customers with inquiries, loan applications, Social Media channel management, and after-sales services. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in task handling, and the ability to work independently while reporting daily to the Finance Head. Fluency in Hindi is required and basic proficiency in English or Korean is preferred for internal communication purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Social media channels and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with loan applications and follow internal procedures.
- Handle after-sales support and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with HQ teams, including Credit, Recovery, and Operations.
- Submit daily task reports to the designated platform.
Work Hours & Shifts
- Minimum 45 hours per week (Excuding 1 hour daily break time)
- 5 working days and two off days per week.

* Candidates must be able to work according to Korea Standard Time (KST).
Requirements
- Stable laptop and internet connection.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and achieve daily performance targets.
- Fluency in Hindi, plus proficiency in English or Korean.
– Korean Language: TOPIK I – Level 2 preferred (Basic communication in Korean)
Compensation & Benefits

- Salary fixed in USD; converted to KRW monthly via xe.com rate.
