The Tele-Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students, parents, and prospective learners through phone calls, emails, and online platforms. They assist with academic choices, course selection, career guidance, and admissions, ensuring students make informed decisions about their education. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Advise students on academic programs, career paths, and educational opportunities. Admissions Guidance: Assist with application processes, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures. Follow-up & Support: Maintain communication with students and parents to ensure engagement and clarity. Information Dissemination: Provide accurate details about courses, scholarships, and institutional policies. Problem Resolution: Address student concerns related to academics, financial aid, and institutional services. Data Management: Maintain records of student interactions and inquiries. Collaboration: Coordinate with faculty, admission teams, and career counselors for student support.
