Job Description: Dilip Jewellers is looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive with prior experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to provide customers with a premium jewellery shopping experience.
Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and other jewellery products Explain jewellery designs, purity, hallmarking, pricing, and making charges Build strong relationships with customers and maintain excellent service standards Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery options Handle daily showroom sales activities Maintain professionalism and represent the Dilip Jewellers brand values Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in jewellery sales is mandatory Experience must be specifically in the jewellery industry Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of gold jewellery, hallmarking, and customer handling Professional appearance and positive attitude
