- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain digital team calendars.
- Perform accurate data entry into databases and back-office management systems.
- Assist in drafting, proofreading, and formatting reports, memos, and letters.

3. Office & Inventory Operations
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for quick document retrieval.
- Monitor, order, and restock office stationery, kitchen supplies, and breakroom inventory.
