Job Summary:
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete service operations of the 2-wheeler showroom, ensuring high customer satisfaction, efficient workshop management, and achievement of service revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workshop Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day service workshop activities
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per promised time
- Monitor job card opening, closing, and proper documentation
- Maintain workshop discipline and productivity
2. Customer Satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor service feedback and take corrective actions
3. Team Management
- Supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Allocate jobs based on technician skill levels
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations
- Maintain team motivation and discipline
4. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly service revenue targets
- Promote value-added services (AMC, accessories, extended warranty)
- Monitor labour and parts revenue
5. Quality Control
- Ensure quality repair and service standards
- Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery
- Maintain service process as per company standards
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Monitor pending jobs and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
7. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure workshop safety standards are followed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness (5S standards)
- Follow environmental and safety regulations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
