Job Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter / Student Counsellor who can connect with freshers and students, understand their career goals, and convert them into suitable IT Training & Internship programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with freshers, students and job seekers through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Counsel students regarding IT training, internship and career opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into paid training program enrollments.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain the lead pipeline.
- Attend and represent the institute at college workshops, seminars, events and job fairs.
- Coordinate with colleges and students for workshops and training programs.
- Maintain student/inquiry records and daily follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- 6 Months – 1 Year experience in HR Recruitment, Counselling, Telecalling, Sales or Student Conversion.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with students and freshers.
- Strong convincing, counselling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable attending workshops, events and job fairs.
- Basic knowledge of IT/Software courses will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
