Key Responsibilities
Energy Audits
- Conduct ASHRAE Level I, II, and III Energy Audits.
- Perform site surveys and detailed assessments of electrical, HVAC, lighting, water, and process systems.
- Review utility bills, BMS trends, and energy consumption data.
- HVAC Systems
- Evaluate performance of Chillers (Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled), Cooling Towers, Pumps, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, and VRF systems.
- Analyze chilled water systems, Delta-T performance, flow rates, and plant efficiency.
- Conduct HVAC system troubleshooting and optimization studies.
- Electrical Systems
- Conduct load analysis of transformers, panels, motors, and electrical systems.
Measurement Equipment
Hands-on experience with:
- Power Quality Analyzers (Hioki, Fluke, Chauvin Arnoux, etc.)
- Ultrasonic Flow Meters
- Thermal Imaging Cameras
- Use power analyzers for load profiling, power quality studies, and demand analysis.
- Analyze motor efficiency, power factor, harmonics, and load balancing.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, HVAC systems, and energy management principles.
- Familiarity with BMS, EMS, and energy monitoring systems.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
