Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations at Stanwood Hospitality. You will drive operational excellence, maximize profitability, foster team leadership, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while working closely with Seeta Travels travel group synergies.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Leadership: Oversee all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance). Set SOPs and enforce service quality standards.
- Financial Management: Manage annual budgets, P&L, expense controls, and yield/pricing strategies to maximize Occupancy & RevPAR.
- Guest Experience: Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high standards of property upkeep.
- Corporate Integration: Coordinate with Seeta Travels to streamline group bookings and guest logistics.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in hotel management, with 2+ years as a GM or Assistant GM.
- Education: Degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- Skills: Strong leadership, P&L/budget management, PMS software proficiency, and problem-solving.
