About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Interns to help expand our customer base, generate leads, and support business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in B2B sales, SaaS marketing, customer acquisition, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Connect with business owners, startups, educational institutions, and SMEs.
- Explain MakeRoot's products and services to prospective customers.
- Schedule product demos and sales meetings for the business team.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Assist in customer onboarding and relationship management.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, BBA, MBA, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and customer interaction.
- Comfortable with calling, lead generation, and client communication.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
