We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal to support the Principal in leading the academic and administrative functions of the school while ensuring excellence in the ICSE/ISC curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Principal in the overall academic and administrative management of the school.
- Ensure effective implementation of the ICSE/ISC curriculum and timely curriculum completion.
- Mentor and evaluate teaching staff through regular classroom observations.
- Monitor student discipline, well-being, and academic performance.
- Coordinate examinations, timetables, school events, and Parent-Teacher Meetings.
- Ensure compliance with ICSE/ISC guidelines and school policies.
- Foster a positive learning environment and promote innovative teaching practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. – Mandatory
- 8–10 years of teaching experience, with 3–5 years in an academic leadership role.
- Prior experience in ICSE/ISC schools is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and school ERP systems.
