We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for daily physical client visits, lead generation through cold calling, and business development. The role requires engaging with senior-level decision-makers, identifying new applications and markets for existing products, and achieving a high quotation-to-order conversion ratio.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and increase market share thought daily clients visit.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to current and prospective clients.
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and ensure contracts are aligned with company policies.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts and sales reports to senior management.
- Use CRM tools to manage sales activities and maintain up-to-date client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
- Work with product development and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met.
Skills Required:

5. CRM Software, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Knowledge.
6. Qualification BE Mechanical or Equivalent
7. Min. 2-3 Years of Experience in Sales & Marketing in Pharma and Biopharma Industry.
