Job Title
Business Development Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
● Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
● Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
● Present company services and solutions effectively to potential clients.
● Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
● Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to provide suitable solutions to client requirements.
● Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and negotiate business opportunities.
● Maintain accurate sales records, activities, and customer information in CRM systems.
● Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
● Participate in business development strategies to expand the company's market presence.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
● 3-6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or IT Services Sales.
● Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and business development strategies.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools.
● Ability to engage with international clients and stakeholders.
● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills
● Experience selling IT services, Salesforce solutions, CRM services, software development, or digital transformation services.
● Knowledge of international markets such as the USA, Australia, Canada, Europe, or the Middle East.
● Experience in proposal creation and client presentations.
● Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
