Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support the organization in attracting and hiring top talent. The candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in handling multiple hiring requirements, and the ability to coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule and manage walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with department managers regarding manpower requirements.
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment reports and MIS data.
- Support other HR activities as and when required.Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- MBA in HR or related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
