Programmer Cum Tutor – Kids Coding Platform
Experience: 0–1 Years (Freshers with strong coding knowledge can apply)

We are looking for a passionate Programmer Cum Tutor who can both teach coding to kids and assist in developing coding projects/content for a kids coding platform. The ideal candidate should have good programming fundamentals and the ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging way for students aged 6–16.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach coding fundamentals to kids using platforms such as Scratch, Python, or block-based programming tools.
- Conduct online/offline coding classes and workshops.
- Help create coding projects, exercises, and learning materials for the platform.
- Assist students in building projects and debugging code.
- Support the team in improving coding curriculum and platform features.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python / JavaScript / Scratch / block-based coding.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals (loops, conditions, variables).
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to interact patiently with children.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web development is a plus.
Qualification
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (Computer Science) or related field.
- Freshers with strong interest in coding and teaching can apply.
Training & Probation
- Training + Probation Period: 3 Months
- Stipend During Training: ₹6,000 per month
- Candidates will receive hands-on training in coding curriculum and teaching methods.
Salary After Probation
- Up to ₹15,000 per month based on performance and teaching ability.
