Wolves Creata is a creative marketing and branding agency dedicated to helping businesses grow through innovative digital solutions, branding, social media marketing, and strategic campaigns. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable marketing, branding, and digital solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- All India travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
