Job Summary
Lzebra Public School is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and creative Primary Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate should be capable of creating a positive learning environment, handling young learners with care, and delivering engaging classroom experiences that support the overall development of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach primary classes effectively using interactive and child-friendly methods.
- Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities as per the curriculum.
- Maintain discipline and create a safe, positive classroom environment.
- Assess students’ performance through tests, assignments, and class participation.
- Encourage creativity, communication, and confidence among students.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school activities, events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure proper classroom management and student engagement.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good classroom management abilities.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards children.
- Basic computer knowledge and smart classroom handling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate in relevant subject.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Relevant teaching experience will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred.
