Position : Service Executive / Sr. Service Executive
Reports to : Sr. Manager/DRM
Location : Hyderabad, Mumbai, Vapi, Kolkata
Years of Experience : 1 – 6 years of Experience. Experience in Analytical Instruments will be an advantage. Having sound technical knowledge in field servicing of high-tech analytical instruments will be an advantage
Minimum Qualifications : Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation or MSc in Electronics
Preferred Qualifications : B E holders in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Comm / Instrumentation Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Candidates will be responsible for field servicing of high-tech analytical instruments like GC’s, GC-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR and AAS Spectrophotometers etc
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Generating service and spares income (Applicable only for Sr. Service Executive)
Key Success Behaviours (Key Competencies):
- Sincere and hard working
- Good in verbal and written communication (Preferred Language – English)
- Should be willing to travel extensively
