We are looking for a hungry, results-driven sales professional to help us expand our client base and scale our agency revenue.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to manage our full outbound sales cycle. You will find high-potential leads, launch cold email campaigns, make cold calls, and handle the closing process. Your ultimate goal is to connect with businesses needing digital assets and convert them into long-term retainer clients.If you have a "hunter" mentality, understand the digital creative landscape, and thrive on closing deals, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cold Outreach & Lead Generation
- Research and identify target prospects (e.g., e-commerce brands, software companies, YouTube creators, marketing agencies).
- Launch and manage personalized cold email campaigns targeting decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Founders).
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to follow up on emails and pitch our services.
2. Consultation & Client Pitching
- Auditing a prospect’s current website, videos, or branding to identify visual and technical gaps.
- Showcase our agency portfolio effectively to prove value.
- Handle objections regarding pricing, timelines, and project scope.
3. Deal Closing & Onboarding
- Lead sales discovery calls and present tailored design/development proposals.
- Negotiate pricing for one-off projects and monthly creative retainers.
- Secure signed contracts and smoothly transition the client to our production team.
4. Pipeline Tracking
- Track your sales metrics (calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, closed deals) inside our CRM.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven B2B sales or lead generation experience, preferably selling agency or creative services.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of web development platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) and creative assets (short-form videos, ad creatives, branding).
- Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English with strong negotiation skills.
- Mindset: Highly resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Qualification:- 12th pass & College students Who are completed or doing.
