Duties and Responsibilities:
- HR Process Administration: Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
- Manage and respond to employee questions submitted through the HR service center
- Maintain employee records including personal, job, and employment contract information
- Run basic workforce reports out of Workday
- Perform data audits to maintain and ensure quality of HR processes
- Leverage and contribute to the creation of HR knowledge base for employee self-service and employee case response.
Required Experience:
- 3 years of general experience or 2 years functional experience
- Experience creating great customer experiences
- Delivering tasks with attention to detail, following through to completion
- Demonstration of handling confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to follow documented work instructions to consistency and quality of work product
- Experience building an understanding and applying company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent, 2 year degree preferred
