Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: 1–5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day back-office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and data entries accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Verify and process documents as per company procedures.
- Assist in invoice processing, vendor coordination, and record management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain data confidentiality.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel is mandatory (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, MIS Reporting, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in back-office operations, administration, or data management preferred.
Salary:
- As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
