Non-Health Insurance Surveyor (Fire, Marine & General Insurance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send Immediate Loss Advice (ILA) and Letter of Requirement (LOR) for assigned claims.
- Maintain complete and organized case files, including documents, reports, and claim information.
- Follow up with insured clients for pending documents/information and share updates with relevant teams.
- Apply working knowledge of Marine and Property Insurance during claim assessment.
- Verify and validate all submitted documents for accuracy.
- Prepare and update MIS reports for active and closed claims.
- Coordinate with internal departments through calls and emails to ensure smooth claim processing.
Experience Required:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Non-Health Insurance Surveyor (Fire, Marine, General Insurance).
