Role Overview:
The Customer Support Representative – Merchant Onboarding will be responsible for assisting merchants through the onboarding process by handling calls and email communication. The role focuses on resolving queries, ensuring timely document collection, and coordinating with internal teams to enable smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls & emails for merchant onboarding support
- Assist with onboarding, KYC & merchant queries
- Follow up for documents and onboarding completion
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
