Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting complex datasets to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports .
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of data analysis, data validation, and reporting techniques.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) would be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
