Position: Psychologist
Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one counseling and psychological support to employees.
- Conduct employee wellness, stress management, and mental health programs.
- Support HR in improving employee engagement, retention, and workplace well-being.
- Conduct training sessions on emotional intelligence, resilience, and workplace behavior.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure ethical practices.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Applied Psychology).
- 1–3 years of experience in counseling or employee wellness.
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR and leadership.
