Flutter Trainee (Intern / Fresher) at Nautilus Techlabs
Who this role is for
You have just finished your degree, or you are about to, and you want to build real mobile apps instead of more tutorials. This is a training role. We teach, you build, and within a few months you are shipping features that real users touch. No prior job experience needed. What we do need is curiosity and the willingness to put in the hours.
What you will actually do
- Build Android and iOS screens with Flutter and Dart, guided by a senior developer
- Turn Figma designs into responsive layouts that hold up on real phones
- Connect apps to REST APIs and handle state, loading and error cases properly
- Test on real devices, chase down crashes, and clean up your own code after review
- Join daily stand-ups and code reviews from your first week
What we are looking for
- Solid grip on Object Oriented Programming basics such as classes, inheritance and collections
- Some exposure to Dart or Flutter. A college project or a personal side app is enough
- The habit of reading documentation and trying things yourself before asking
- Clear communication and the discipline to finish what you start

The details
- Location: Ganesh Glory, Off SG Highway, Jagatpur, Ahmedabad. This is an in person role
- Pay: 5,000 to 20,000 per month, depending on your skill level
- Type: Full time, Internship or Fresher, moving to permanent after training

We’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic Flutter Interns or Freshers who are eager to start their journey in mobile app development. At Nautilus Techlabs, you'll get hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS using Flutter, while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing and deploying mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Work with the team to brainstorm, review, and improve app features.
- Learn and apply mobile design best practices to create intuitive user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with Flutter updates, libraries, and tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Passionate about Flutter and mobile app development.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Familiarity with Dart and cross-platform development (Flutter knowledge is a plus).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive team spirit.
