1. Laboratory Management & Operations
Direct testing across the entire process (RM, WIP, FG), ensuring timely product release using validated methods (HPLC, GC, spectrophotometry).
Execute specialized testing, specifically utilizing Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS) for heavy metal trace analysis.
Manage, calibrate, and maintain all laboratory equipment to ensure accurate performance and GLP compliance.
Review and approve all QC documentation, including SOPs and analytical reports.
2. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Lead OOS investigations and non-conformance root cause analysis, implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) effectively.
Ensure all analytical data and documentation strictly adhere to GLP standards for international product registration (e.g., 5-batch analysis data generation).
Coordinate final product specifications, documentation, and the release of certified finished goods with Regulatory and Production teams.
3. Strategic, Team Leadership & NPD
Guide New Product Development (NPD) and process scale-up activities.
Recruit and manage QC staff, fostering a culture of precision, safety, & improvement.
Oversee team safety and manage the departmental budget, equipment procurement, and performance reviews.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
