Handle complete accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Ledger Management, and Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing reports.
Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory requirements.
Manage Tally accounting software and maintain accurate accounting records.
Handle taxation, audit support, and coordination with CA and legal consultants.
Maintain purchase, sales, inventory, and stock-related accounting records.
Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, customer collections, and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and management teams for financial planning and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or CA Inter preferred.
5+ years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a garment, textile, apparel, or manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Experience in handling audits, taxation, and legal documentation.
Ability to independently manage the complete accounts department.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates from garment manufacturing, textile, apparel, fashion, or ethnic wear industry.
Experience in inventory accounting and stock management in a manufacturing setup.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
