Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring a warm welcome, excellent guest experience, and smooth coordination of guest services throughout the stay. The role involves handling guest interactions professionally, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests courteously and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure guests receive personalized attention and a comfortable experience during their stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and feedback.
- Assist in VIP guest handling and special arrangements.
- Monitor lobby and guest areas to ensure cleanliness and service standards are maintained.
- Provide information about hotel/resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Follow up with guests regarding satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain professional grooming, etiquette, and communication standards at all times.
- Support reservation, telephone handling, and guest communication when required.
- Comply with company policies, SOPs, and hospitality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in hospitality, front office, customer service, or guest relations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel software/PMS preferred.
- Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality operations.
- Knowledge of front office procedures and guest handling.
- Multilingual communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
