We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Salesforce Automation Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce Testing and Copado Automation.
Role Overview
QA Engineer responsible for testing Salesforce and Agentforce implementations using Copado through automated and manual validation to ensure deployment quality, reliability, and application stability.The role also requires a consultative mindset to improve test pass rates by optimizing automation design and QA processes.
Must-Have Skills
✔ 6–10 years of QA/Testing experience with strong focus on Salesforce applications
✔ Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado and Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
✔ Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud testing and automation
✔ Proven experience in migrating and managing test cases in Copado Automation
✔ Hands-on experience in improving automation stability, pass rates, and framework reliability
✔ Experience testing applications built on the Salesforce platform
✔ Good understanding of test automation best practices, CI/CD, and release validation
✔ Ability to drive consulting-led process improvements and QA optimization initiatives
✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
✔ Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
Nice-to-Have Skills
✔ Prior Selenium automation experience
✔ Test data management for Salesforce
✔ Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience
✔ Broadridge platform experience

✔ Work Location: Pune
✔ Candidate should be open to working from Pune office

Pay: ₹1,900,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
