Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack & Python) with strong technical leadership skills to lead development teams, architect scalable applications, and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-grade projects. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, capable of solving complex technical challenges, and committed to building high-performance teams that contribute to the company's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack and Python.
- Architect robust, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Review code and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Break down project requirements into technical tasks and manage timely delivery.
- Identify technical risks and implement effective solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance when required.
- Conduct technical interviews and support team expansion.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and modern development practices.
- Ensure project quality, documentation, and deployment readiness.
