Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead business development, brand building, and revenue growth across multiple sectors including industrial, manufacturing, OEM, and technology products (including drones if applicable).
The role requires strong decision-making, negotiation skills, market understanding, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing and business development strategies
- Identify and acquire new customers (OEMs, industrial clients, distributors, and direct customers)
- Generate and convert high-quality leads through field visits, networking, digital marketing, and references
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy
- Handle client meetings, technical discussions, and negotiations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Work closely with production, quality, and design teams to align customer requirements
- Drive brand visibility through exhibitions, online platforms, and marketing campaigns
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and retention strategies
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
Requirements & Skills
- Strong B2B marketing and sales skills
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Ability to understand and sell technical/engineering products
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue and growth
- Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
Qualification
- MBA in Marketing / Business Development
- OR Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics / related) + marketing experience
Experience
- 3–8 years in B2B marketing / industrial sales / business development
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, OEM, or technology sectors preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
