We are expanding and looking for passionate individuals to join us in Pune starting June 15, 2026!
Position: Part-Time S&C Coach
The Role Join our coaching team to deliver high-quality physical education and sports science programs. You will implement the Mini Maarvel curriculum and directly impact student development in a professional school environment.
Key Details:
Role: Strength & Conditioning Coach (Part-Time)
Tenure: 6-Month Commitment
Payment: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours: 3 to 5 Hours per day (5 days a week)
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Perks: Experience Certificate & Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion of the term.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of S&C sessions for students (Ages 3–15).
Manage equipment setup and student performance tracking data.
Implement NEP 2020-aligned physical development protocols.
What We Are Looking For:
Graduate or final-year student of Sports Science / Physical Education / Exercise Science.
Energetic, reliable, and passionate about working with children.
Additional Lead Responsibilities
Deliver Age-Specific Training: Lead programs for foundational skills (3–5y), strength (6–9y), coordination (10–12y), and advanced athleticism (13–15y).
Independent Management: Handle session planning, equipment, and execution.
School Events & Talent Hunt: Support major events (Sports Day, 15th Aug) and our annual Talent Hunt program.
Requirements:
Certified S&C or fitness coach.
Passion for youth development and understanding of ECCE principles.
Excellent communication skills.
