Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Director, Hillwoods Group of Institutions
Location: Mobile (Primarily Delhi & Noida, with occasional travel to Gujarat)

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will serve as a critical right-hand to the Director of the Hillwoods Group of Institutions, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives, administrative tasks, and cross-functional projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a young, ambitious, and driven professional to work closely with a visionary leader overseeing a group of prestigious educational institutions.
With mobility as a key aspect of the role, the candidate will operate across multiple locations, including Delhi, Noida, and occasionally Gujarat, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency across campuses.
This role is tailored for a dynamic individual eager to gain hands-on experience in areas such as strategic decision-making, change management, organizational behavior, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic & Operational Support:
- Assist the Director in driving strategic initiatives across campuses, aligning goals with the organization’s mission and vision.
- Coordinate and monitor progress on key projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on track.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for stakeholders and leadership reviews.
- 2. Administrative Management:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings across multiple locations.
- Organize and maintain documentation for compliance, audits, and accreditation processes.
- Oversee the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:4. Growth & Learning:
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering relationships with staff, parents, and external partners.
- Facilitate communication between the Director and various teams across Delhi, Noida, and Gujarat campuses.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of large-scale organizational operations, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
- Actively participate in organizational initiatives that enhance innovation, scalability, and process improvement.Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and AI tools.
- Adaptability and willingness to travel as required.
