Position: CNC Turn-Mill TechnicianEducation:- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:- 2–5 YearsSalary:- ₹5.5 – ₹5.7 LPA (CTC)
Job Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC Turn-Mill machines.- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.- Perform tool setting, offset correction, and program verification.- Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.- Carry out first-piece and in-process inspection using measuring instruments.- Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues.- Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and production targets.
Required Skills:- CNC Turn-Mill machining knowledge.- G & M Code understanding.- Engineering drawing reading.- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge).- Basic knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.
