Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and trustworthy Personal Secretary to support the Chairman and Executive Office in managing daily administrative, communication, scheduling, and confidential business activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, and the flexibility to travel when required.
This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining complete confidentiality regarding company operations, financial matters, legal documents, and executive communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Executive Office.
- Prepare, draft, review, and maintain official correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes when required.
- Coordinate with departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Support business travel planning, accommodation arrangements, and itinerary management.
- Translate or interpret communication between Hindi and English when required.
- Maintain records, files, and executive documentation in an organized manner.
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and executive instructions.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Chairman’s Office.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Masters in Business Administration is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of Hindi translation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexible and willing to travel based on business requirements.
- Professional appearance, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.

Confidentiality Requirement
The selected candidate will be required to maintain complete confidentiality regarding all company-related information, including but not limited to executive communications, financial records, legal documents, operational data, business strategies, and internal matters.
Additional Information
- Candidates should be flexible with working hours whenever business requirements demand.
- Travel may be required for meetings, events, or business coordination.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
