Responsibilities:
- Setup and manage the Zoho accounting system.
- Prepare and manage invoices and Excel data sheets.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and generate E-way bills.
- Handle company communication and representation via emails and calls.
- Perform administrative tasks including salary data management, attendance tracking, and human resource coordination.
- Assist with bank work including performance guarantees and document submission.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Zoho accounting software.
- Strong English and Hindi communication skills.
- Experience in banking and handling financial documents.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
