We are currently seeking Part-Time English Trainers who can deliver high-quality online training to individuals looking to improve their English communication skills. Prior experience as an English teacher or trainer will be preferred.
This is a work-from-home opportunity. Candidates must have a stable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop with a webcam. Strong grammar knowledge and excellent English communication skills are essential requirements for this role.
Available Shift Timings (IST)
The available shift windows are as follows:
- 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (6 Hours)
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 Hours)
- 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (6 Hours)
- 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (6 Hours)
- 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (6 Hours)
Note: Any 4-hour slot will be assigned by us from the above-mentioned shift windows based on requirements and operational needs.
Compensation
INR 8,000 – 12,000 per month
- Applicable for 4-hour shifts (Monday to Friday)
- Excluding incentives and performance bonuses
INR 12,000 – 18,000 per month
- Applicable for 6-hour shifts (Monday to Friday)
- Excluding incentives and performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group English communication training sessions online.
- Deliver 20–22 sessions per candidate or batch per month, including compensatory sessions, from Monday to Friday.
- Identify and correct students' grammar, pronunciation, and communication-related mistakes.
- Maintain high-quality training standards and ensure effective student engagement.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct online one-on-one and group training sessions.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong command of English grammar.
- Ability to identify and rectify students' mistakes effectively.
- Excellent fluency in English with minimal or no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) and regional influence.
- Must have access to a laptop/desktop with a webcam and a stable internet connection.
Eligibility
- Graduate or postgraduate candidates preferred ( Post Graduation is not mandatory but will be an added advantage).
- Must be 18 years of age or above.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred; however, freshers with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of internet usage and online teaching platforms.
Note: Compensation will be based on a per-candidate or per-batch arrangement on a monthly basis. The role includes conducting 20–22 sessions per candidate or batch per month, including compensatory sessions, from Monday to Friday.
