Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls,
- providing accurate and timely support
- Promote products/services and drive conversions through upselling
- Achieve individual performance metrics and sales targets
- Document customer interactions and maintain records
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain call quality
- Adapt communication based on customer needs and expectations
Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a voice-based international process
- Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week offs
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Sales mindset and target-driven approach
