Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
- Provide personalized banking solutions and advice to help clients achieve their financial objectives
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate products and services
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to deliver a seamless and integrated banking experience
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the distribution team
- Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using various banking systems and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
