We are looking for a Store Manager to handle and maintain our medicine godown at Vibcare Pharma. You will be responsible for proper receipt, storage, dispatch, and record-keeping of all products, and for keeping the godown clean, organised, and well-managed.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Receipt: Receive medicines from manufacturers/suppliers, check quantity and condition, and verify documents (invoice, e-way bill, batch/expiry).

Storage & Arrangement: Store products at defined locations following FEFO/FIFO, with proper labelling and segregation.

Dispatch: Pick, pack, and dispatch orders to franchise partners / distributors accurately and on time; coordinate with courier/transport.

Inventory Control: Maintain reorder levels and safety stock, track near-expiry and slow-moving stock, and prevent stock-outs.

Records & Documentation: Maintain GRN, stock registers, bin cards, and entries in ERP / Excel.

Stock Verification: Carry out regular physical stock counts, cycle checks, and resolve any variances.

Team & Housekeeping: Guide store helpers, manage day-to-day godown work, and keep the area clean, safe, and audit-ready.

Coordination: Work with Sales, Purchase, and Accounts for order priorities, stock availability, and documentation.

Experience: 2+ years in store / godown / warehouse management (pharma / FMCG preferred).

Education: Graduate (any stream). Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain is a plus.

Skills:
- Good knowledge of store processes, FEFO/FIFO, GRN, stock management.

Hands-on with Excel (basic formulas, filters, reports) and ERP / inventory software.

Basic understanding of GST, HSN, and e-way bill.

Clear communication in Hindi & English.
