We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Bartender must be knowledgeable about drink preparation, maintain a clean work area, and comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet customers, take beverage orders, and provide menu recommendations.
- Verify customers' age and comply with alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking supplies.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist other team members as needed during busy periods.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage trends.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure during busy shifts.
