- Preparing BOQ as per the Drawing with Detail specification including Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects. Ensuring accurate quantity and details are done as per the drawing shared by the Designers
- Understanding the client requirements and quantities take-off as per marking and drawings.
- Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for logical closure.
- To support the Project Manager in billing & generating cost related reports and documentation.
- Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.
- Preparing interim and final valuations and claims of the construction site for the preparation of bills.
- Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
- Experience working with AutoCAD and validating quantities from the given drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools like Auto cad + MS Excel.
- Timely Site visits shall be made to understand the site condition and to check the Quality of bought-out items as per the BOQ
- Prepare BOQ Tracker and Ensure the BOQ is shared within the Target timelines
- Coordinating with vendors to know the new material Available in the market, Basic Negotiation to be done, and to have a better Vendor Management to propose the new material to designers
- Work closely with Designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure that the fit-out meets design specifications and to be completed on time
- Maintain Accurate Records and Folders for the projects in MS Excel.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
