- Visit customers at their residential or business addresses to collect overdue credit card payments.
- Meet assigned collection targets while maintaining professional and ethical collection practices.
- Negotiate repayment plans and encourage customers to clear outstanding dues.
- Educate customers about payment options, settlement offers, and the consequences of non-payment.
- Verify customer addresses, contact details, and employment information during field visits.
- Update collection remarks, visit outcomes, and payment status in the collection system on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the telecalling team, Team Leaders, and Branch Manager to resolve complex collection cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and collection guidelines.
- Handle customer objections professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Prepare daily field visit reports and submit cash/cheque collections as per company procedures.
- Follow all safety, documentation, and audit requirements during field operations.
