Sales Executive – Ice Cream Industry

Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Executive for a leading Ice Cream Manufacturing Company. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through distributors, retailers, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and direct customers. This is a field sales role focused on market expansion and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through B2B, B2C, and distributor channels.
- Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
- Appoint and manage distributors and dealers.
- Visit retail outlets and generate regular orders.
- Increase product visibility and market presence.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Submit daily sales and visit reports.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG Sales, Distributor Sales, or Retail Sales.
- Experience in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Dairy, or Ice Cream industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
