## Job Summary
The MEP BIM Modeller will be responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining detailed BIM models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. The candidate must have strong experience in multidisciplinary coordination and preparation of construction-level BIM deliverables.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop detailed MEP BIM models using Revit for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire protection systems.
* Create coordinated models based on architectural, structural and MEP design information.
* Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, sections, schedules and installation details directly from the BIM model.
* Carry out clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
* Identify clashes, prepare clash reports and coordinate resolutions with engineers and other disciplines.
* Maintain model accuracy, levels, coordinates, worksets, families and project standards.
* Ensure models comply with the approved BIM Execution Plan, project LOD requirements and naming conventions.
* Create and modify Revit families for MEP equipment, accessories and fixtures.
* Coordinate ceiling services, plant rooms, shafts, risers, corridors and congested service areas.
* Update models based on consultant comments, approved technical submittals and site modifications.
* Prepare as-built BIM models and associated drawings.
* Extract quantities, schedules and equipment information from the BIM model.
* Attend BIM coordination meetings and support the engineering and site teams.
* Maintain model revision records, coordination logs and BIM submission trackers.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 principles, project BIM standards and client requirements.
## Qualifications and Skills
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MEP BIM modelling, preferably in UAE construction projects.
* Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
* Strong knowledge of Navisworks Manage and AutoCAD.
* Experience with BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred.
* Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage and fire protection systems.
* Strong knowledge of MEP installation practices and multidisciplinary coordination.
* Familiarity with LOD 300, LOD 350 and LOD 400 modelling requirements.
* Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans, model audits, clash detection and coordination workflows.
* Strong attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple project models and meet strict submission deadlines.
Pay: ₹52,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
