We are looking for a Diploma Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in construction, maintenance, site execution, and field work activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling on-site civil works, monitoring project progress, coordinating with teams, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute daily construction, maintenance, site, and field work activities.
- Conduct regular field inspections and site visits to monitor work progress.
- Ensure execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth site operations.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at site.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurement records, and site documentation.
- Assist in quantity estimation, material planning, and billing measurements.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures at project sites.
- Identify site issues and provide timely technical support and solutions.
- Support maintenance and repair activities at project locations.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of civil construction, maintenance, and field operations.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of site supervision, measurements, and quality checks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site/field locations.
Preferred Profile
- Diploma holders only in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in residential/commercial/industrial construction projects preferred.
- Hands-on experience in site and field work activities.
Civil Supervisor (Diploma Civil)

- Supervise daily site, construction, maintenance, and field work activities.
- Monitor labor deployment and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Conduct regular field inspections and coordinate on-site operations.
- Ensure proper execution of civil works as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers at site.
- Maintain daily work progress reports, attendance, and material records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at site.
- Identify site issues and escalate them to senior management when required.
- Assist in measurements, quantity verification, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure discipline, housekeeping, and smooth functioning at project sites.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction, maintenance, and field operations.
- Ability to handle labor teams and subcontractors efficiently.
- Basic understanding of drawings and site execution processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently at site locations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
